A SOLDIER'S PERSPECTIVE
THE WEB'S LEADING MILITARY BLOG SINCE 2004
Some people have emailed me inquiring about the song I have playing on the site lately (if you’re using Mozilla, you won’t hear it, I still can’t fix that).
The song is called “America Loves You.” It was written by Tony Diana, a great person who also wrote the soldier support song “Picture of You.” I had the chance to meet Tony over Memorial Day weekend this year and he’s a great person and a patriotic American.
In his words, Tony “wrote this tune for the Hurricane Katrina Relief effort. It is a short snippet of the song but at the end it has the American Red Cross Number. Best regards from Florida.”
Tony has given me permission to allow his song to be downloaded if you’d like a copy of it. So, you can download it by right-clicking HERE and then click “Save Target/Link As.” Please visit his site at www.tonydiana.com and send him an email about your thought on the song.
Thanks, Tony, for your beautiful writing.

Great song…I can only hope one day I’ll be as good as a songwriter as he is…

Ahhh…now the comment about the song (made by someone under another post) makes sense! LOL I hear no song when I am on the site- either at home or at school. I KNOW my house doesn’t have Mozilla, but I don’t know about school. I’ll have to try it later on my PC.
Keep up the good work CJ!
