I’ve always thought that way since he went to save Iraq. He wanted to see a child and see a street. In short, he wanted to influence public opinion on the war in Iraq. He saw what he wanted to see and undermined our efforts to bring Saddam to his knees and free the Iraqi people. He was led around Baghdad by Tariq Aziz, someone who I’m sure showed him all sides of why we wanted to go to war with Iraq if Saddam didn’t allow weapon’s inspectors back in.

Then, Sean Penn went to Iran when rumours of possibly military action against the Islamic Theocracy were being publicized. He went to a market and showed the world that Iranians do indeed shop!! He took a picture of himself outside Tehran University, probably just before or after he begged for an honorary degree. He also took an opportunity to blame the United States for Saddam’s chemical attack against his own people in Halabja in 1988.

Now, he’s done it again. He’s screwed up another opportunity to do something right. Seems he can’t even keep his boat from sinking. He was trying to save children and probably also convince the world at the same time that the United States shouldn’t go to war with New Orleans. I think Sean Penn forgot he was back in the United States since he probably doesn’t even remember what it’s like to be an American. He may have thought he was in North Korea when he started revving into the harbor. I think he was actually using that cup to put water INTO the boat so he could sink it on purpose after finding out he would actually be HELPING his own country if he succeeded.
