Geez....I really don't know where to even begin with Sal...so I won't start. There's a certain disconnect there, between what you are saying, and how he responds to what you are saying.

Since you mentioned Cindy, have you checked out the update to that video I made last year? I think you'll like the changes.

Thanks CJ! In my opinion you more than explain the things that Sal brings up. He or she just wants to rant and argue with you or anyone else he can argue with.
Personally I am really tired of his rants. Sometimes I just scroll through Sal's posts.

I appreciate your posts CJ. Thank you for taking time out of your busy schedule to write. Your blog is great!! :)

"Everything I wrote is in EXACT context with your post!" Really?! let's reflect a little:

Post about Dick Cheney's medal - You said: "you do realize that Red China took over our west coast ports a few years ago. Just thought I would bring up another republican adventure." EXACT context? I don't think so.

Post about Sergio Lopez - You said: "We should never again brag that in America any idiot can become president because this one has become an albatross around our necks." EXACT context? I don't think so.

Post about port security - You said: "I think I may have found a new Haji site." EXACT context? I don't think so.

Post about Steve Markhill - You said: "Nudder site fur ya…[then post a completely unrelated link]" EXACT context? I don't think so.

Post about Code Pink losing their protest permit - You said: "We gave the military from 1965 to 1972 to pacify Vietnam. [then continued on some rant about something completely unrelated]" EXACT context? I don't think so.

The list goes on and on, but I'm bored now.

Sal, do you insinuate that it's okay for you to bring up points that have nothing to do with my posts, but when I bring up something that has nothing to do with your comments, it's not okay?

Are you ruining my blog? You're still posting aren't you. The day you "ruin" my blog is when your comments are no longer approved.

It's Nice To Be Home

"...one thing I did want to point out to you, especially if you live in CA, is that there will be a patriotic pro-troop “We Support Our Troops AND Their Mission” rally..."

Sure wish I could be with you all on Friday ~ life's logistics prevent it. But my flag is up in my yard and my blog is still active...
I just can't help but think of one of Will's best lines when I hear the vague but insistent "talking points" of those who are against this war/administration:
"I do believe the Lady doth protest too much."

Wow, Sal. I didn't see your last #11 comment up there because for some reason it was stuck in approval limbo. It actual really makes me feel sorry for you. "Your little U.S. Gov set up “friendly Iraqi blog sites"? Quite the conspiracy theorist, eh? I guess every village really does need one.

I don't think I can honestly respond to your comments anymore. I make a mean tinfoil hat if you'd like one.

Sal, It says a lot about you, and most other liberals, that you call the terrorists we're fighting in Iraq "patriots". You've gotten reasons. You chose to ignore them. Recent reports has surfaced that the Russians are resonsible for helping to move the weapons we "couldn't find" in Iraq. You seem to forget all the satellite videos of trucks quickly leaving through the back as weapon's inspectors arrived at the front of these facilities. You seem to forget that one of the things leading us to this war was the fact that Saddam refused to give the weapon's inspectors fair access. They constantly complained about being shuffled around and driven in circles.

When I stormed some of the ministry buildings with the combat soldiers in the days of Baghdad's fall, I personally found many references to Iraq's relationship to those three nation's that were so adamantly "opposed" to our invasion: Russia, France, and Germany. Since none of that information has been made public for some reason, I'm not sure whether I can discuss specifics, so you'll have to take my word for it (which I'm sure isn't good enough for you).

While I've just explained a little, know that I don't have to explain my views on why this war is justified that I already have. If you look back to the early days of this sight, you'll get your answers. Just because you don't believe in them doesn't mean I have to consistently give you something to argue with.

Antimedia, Sal did serve in Vietnam, though he hasn't been too specific about it. I don't fault him for that. At least I think he served from some past comments he made. However, he's allowed the stupidity of Americans during the Vietnam era to cloud his judgement and it's affected his thinking.

Geez, Salminio, 6000 died on D-Day. More than that died on Iwo Jima. Would you be wailing the next day that the sacrifice wasn't worth it? What price are you willing to pay for your freedom? Apparently not much. Yet you call yourself a patriot.

Those of us who have served understand full well what the price of freedom is. Every one of us has lost someone we cared about, EVEN IN PEACETIME, so that you and yours could leave in peace and freedom.

50 MILLION people have been freed from tyranny. Yet you want to wail and weep because 2400 of us have been killed. SADDAM KILLED MORE THAN THAT IN A SINGLE DAY! Wake up!

Why do you need to hear from your leaders to know what's going on? Do some research, for crying out loud. You're an American. Get up off your a&& and read. Ask some Iraqis what they think of what we're doing. There's a ton of Iraqi blogs. Get a d*** clue!
