A Soldier should have to look no further than a Sergeant for instruction, training, guidance, supervision, and assistance.
A Soldier deserves to have just one Sergeant so the Soldier should not become snared in lower struggles or communication gaps.
Every Soldier has a Sergeant to lead them with taft, dedication, and integrity.
A Sergeant’s bearing is a model for all to see.
The Soldier deserves both moral encouragement from the Sergeant.
The Sergeant should be the Soldier’s present and the building block for the future.
The Soldier ’s Sergeant should be the primary course of courage, counsel, compassion, decisiveness, truth, and tenacity.
Yes! Every Soldier deserves a Sergeant and that Sergeant must be trained, supported, guided, and trusted.
The Soldier must understand that the part of primary leaders are the backbone of the Army.
A huge burden rests on the shoulders of each non-commissioned officer to ensure that this philosophy becomes reality.
The senior professional must recognize and understand a Sergeant’s job or mission’s are accomplished by the Sergeant and his or her Soldiers.
Commanders must be satisfied to lead.
Sergeants and the Soldier must be allowed to prove themselves to their commanders.
The primary step of philosophy allows the title Sergeant to be revered and viable to their position.
There is no magic potion or sacred order by which this can be achieved.
Every Soldier has a Sergeant and it is the duty of every non-commissioned officer to assume the responsibility of a Sergeant.
A Sergeant must guide, support, correct, and beset themselves as professionals.
Throughout the training process only the best young men and women can be allowed to advance to the grade of Sergeant.
Every Soldier has a Sergeant.
Nothing new, nothing changed, the title is sufficient.
Every Soldier has a Sergeant and one good Sergeant is all I need!

Congrats and thanks for the nice post about sergeants.
This sergeant will hopefully soon be a staff sergeant and one of the specialists can take my job over as the new sergeant.
