US Soldiers freed three hostages while performing an operation against Sunni extremists near the city of Qarma on Thursday, the US Army reported. They were handcuffed and beaten by their kidnappers. Thirteen alleged insurgents were captured in Mosul, Baghdad and Taji. I’m working to get more information on this. Stay tuned.
