Actually, Pelosi is reported to have had a 30 minute personal phone conference with the general on Tuesday. A scheduling conference prevented her from attending the update. And, BTW, where was McCain during the update? Campaigning on the east coast, perhaps?

The fact remains Sharon/CF/Richard, that each and every one of the people in Congress should have had their butts right there in that briefing listening to what the General had to say. Instead they’re all too busy playing their political games and promoting their personal agendas.
