I almost clicked away after hearing the line "...just Soldiers..." but wanted to hear the remainder. Obviously Mr Joel, whose music I have enjoyed for years, has decided to put his "spin" on the information he says he has received from troops in the fight. Maybe he's hit his head too many times in all of those car accidents he's had as a result of drinking and driving. No more Billy Joel in my house. Totally disgusting. But I think this song is just awful. His poetic license has definitely expired. I especially don't like his reference to the Soldiers being over there to fight the infidel. Last I looked, WE ARE the infidels according to the Islamic Religion so I don't understand his reference. Of course all the times that I have heard the terrorist tapes calling for the death of all of us Infidels could have just been a figment of my imagination, or perhaps my brain just took poetic license with what I heard.
