Code Pink calls us “terrorists.” Jack Murtha calls us “cold-blooded murderers.” John Kerry says Soldiers in Iraq are “terrorizing kids and children.” The media trips over themselves to make us depressed, suicidal, homicidal, spouse-beating robots. The rumors fly and lies are told. But, they aren’t coming from Marine recruiters – or any service’s recruiters. In reality, this video showcases what Soldiers, Marines, Airmen, and Sailors are doing all over Iraq.

This is the key to defeating the insurgency. If the national media would take a greater interest in sharing stories like this, the Iraqi populace would see us for who we really are – helping heroes!! With the populace on our side, the insurgency will fail without the public support it needs to survive.

  1. The Iraqis can see it right in front of their eyes who you are. The whole world can see who you are, the whole world knows what you are.

I think its only you who seem to be brain washed into beliving you are a hero. To us you will be nothing more than a terorrist.

  2. This is a great story CJ thanks for sharing it. And its too bad the media couldn’t care less.

And by the way, thats real nice Clyde!! Next time your country needs help please, feel free to look to France for the money and the aid. I’m absolutely certain they will be just as generous and forthcoming with the help as the United States is for all you third world people who can’t wipe your own butts with out American assistance. OH and that great job you have, is probably from an AMERICAN company who hired you taking a job away from an American at home. And that fabulous education you have, probably was obtained at an American University subsidized by American dollars and taking a spot away from an American student.

You can call us terrorists Clyde, but at the end of the day you are the one who is counting on the support and generosity of the American “terrorist” for what you have. What do you think would happen Clyde if us “terrorists” withdrew all aid and financial backing from your country?? Hmmmm?? Or all the other countries like yours?? Please, feel free to ship all the American tax dollars spent on aid to your country back here immediately, I and I’m quite sure all my fellow “terrorist” friends would love a refund on our taxes!! We could have a better life HERE if we weren’t paying so much to YOUR country to HELP YOU!!!

Next time you have a tsunami or earthquake or any other disaster natural, human or otherwise Clyde, call someone else.

  3. Sue, I couldn’t agree with you more.

I would love a refund on my taxes by taking back all the money and aid sent to these third world countries who are ungrateful to begin with.

Clyde, next time you look in a mirror that is a face of a brainwashed individual.

  4. Clyde really loves America. So much so that he even celebrates American holidays like Valentine’s Day. He’s just a scared little child and that fear is causing him to lash out at the very rescuer he loathes. Secretly, he loves and respects ALL Americans and wishes he could be one himself.

Unfortunately, he’s stuck in a dead end job answering our phone complaints about false charges on our credit cards and explaining why our remote controls don’t work. He shares a cubicle with 5 other corporate slaves and has to share toilet paper. The last time he took a shower he came out dirtier than when he went in so he had to stop showering completely 12 years ago.

There’s also a nagging sense of inferiority as Pakistan was chosen as Bin Laden’s home and not India. It grates him that his native land just isn’t good enough. As hard as he tries, Clyde cannot recruit any good terrorists to blow up his own family and is stuck with second fiddle terrorists that use names like M’Balz Es-Hari, Graabir Boubi, Haid D’Salaami, and Hous Bin Pharteen.

  5. :::sigh::: Ah, such bitterness. Fools will always be fools, and eventually they will be dead fools one way or another.

It is foolish to expect gratitude for grace (although it is even more foolish not to extend gratitude when you have been extended grace). But grace is a gift and as such can not be earned or deserved. Neither can a price be demanded for it.

So the question is are we willing to extend grace…at least to the extent that it becomes license instead of grace…or do we give grudgingly? If it has become the latter, then I suggest we stop giving. It will do more harm than good.

  6. This is for Mr. Clyde Fernandes.
Here is my number . You call me right now. 631-553-7046
You, Sir will have a lot to answer for. Try me.
Thomas Folan… Just be careful Sir.
    You, Sir,
Do not have one idea who I am.
You have no right to call C.J. Grisham or anyone on this web -
site a terrorist. Just try me. Let’s talk sensibly here. Let’s stop name-calling. By the way I am waiting for you phone call.
By the way the call will be traced.
Thanks Clyde Fernandes FOR SUPPORTING OUR TROOPS.

  7. Thank you for that beautiful story. I have recieved some great information from the soliders and Marines I support in Iraq and Afghanistan.
Our military members are heroes . The world will forever be grateful for the work and peace missions of the American Military.
and for Clyde Fernandes …you sound like the morons I encounter everyday. A coward who wouldn’t have the nerve to confront anyone and especially a military member with your foolish views. You are disrespectfuul supporter of terrorism. Shame on you!

  8. Clyde, if that is your real name. How dare you come on here and talk to CJ and our soldiers like that. Who are you to throw accusations around like that. You must be a terrorist yourself! Loving ASSoma Bin Laden and his ilk! Take your insults somewhere else, CJ or any of our soldiers don’t deserve such awful words as you have spouted here.

CJ, let no one tell you any different, you and your brothers and sisters are our heroes!! Thank You for all you have done and all that you’re doing now for our country and other countries as well !

  9. Don’t worry, Donna. Guys like Clyde don’t get to me. Why should I care what my Visa customer service rep in India thinks about me anyway?

  10. Ha! Ha! CJ, you are funny! :)
