    My 9yo son wondered out loud yesterday if the U.S. could’ve sent the Space Shuttle with a camera to film it. Guess it didn’t need to. Will share this with him.

    While I heard the military was confident it’d hit the satellite, I’m still in awe of the brains, planning and technology involved to do something that *had* to be so precise.

  2. From what I understand, the ship that shot the missle was bouncing around in 8 foot seas as well.
