You know, there are some times in my career I’m glad I’m not the one that raised my hand and volunteered to be a demonstrator. That dog is NOT where I’d feel very safe!

U.S. Army Sgt. Troy Stiner searches Sgt. Tyler Barriere while his military working dog, Ruby, ensures he doesn’t try to escape during a demonstration at the Diwaniyah Police Academy in Diwaniyah, Iraq, Feb. 9, 2009. Both Soldiers are from the 2nd Special Troops Battalion, 2nd Brigade Combat Team, 4th Infantry Division. (DoD photo by Senior Airman Eric Harris, U.S. Air Force/Released)
