   Thanks for sharing this. I wonder if it were Mr Obama’s kids fighting, would he be dragging his heels and saying McCrystal will be disappointed with his decision. But of course Chicago having the Olympics, vacations with the wife and bein on Letterman is far more important.

     He definately has different priorities then we do. I’ve never been so eager for the day to vote someone out of office. He may be more of an enemy to our country then the taliban. Please are loosing jobs, homes, confidence and hope. I keep praying and writing to my congressmen. He has never been able to make a decision when in the Illinois senate and now the only decisions he makes are ones that will benefit him and his agenda. It will take us many years to undo what he has done. We need to elect congress people with similar values as us and a backbone.

     He would get a Harvard deferment for his kids, they won’t serve. Now Sarah, John’s and Joe’s kids serve. Did anyone notice they have bibical names and Obama doesn’t?

   While I reget the delay, he has much less lattitude to change once he makes the commission. With the economy not out of recession, I have to think paying for it is part of the process. Not a simple decision as just saying “ok”.

     David be honest!! This is not a man who has cared one lick about the price tag of ANYTHING since he has been in office!! He’s worried about paying for Military spending but couldn’t care less about the trillions of taxpayer dollars he has spent on everything else including old cars and banking big wigs multi-million dollar bonuses?? REALLY?????

     I hope this will refresh your memory about what CANDIDATE Obama said in 2008. Please, oh please tell me how his dragging his feet now coincides with his promises. Or, is PRESIDENT Obama a “teller of untruths”??

     “If elected, Obama says, he would immediately withdraw thousands of ground troops from Iraq and send them to Afghanistan to help undermanned US forces defeat the Taliban and Al Qaeda.

     “It’s time to refocus our attention on the war we have to win in Afghanistan,” Obama said in a speech last week. “It is time to go after the Al Qaeda leadership where it actually exists.”

     “For at least a year now, I have called for two additional brigades, perhaps three,” he told CBS. “I think it’s very important that we unify command more effectively to coordinate our military activities. But military alone is not going to be enough.”

     Why all of a sudden when this man is President, he doesn’t have a clue what needs to be done?? I know hes your guy David, but his complacency is just not cutting it with me.

       He continually blames Bush, but what did he do in the Senate to disagree or to improve things? He did vote for that big stimulus package Bush put forward and now he says it caused a lot of damage. So what does he do, he puts forward his own stimulus package to get money to his buddies. Sue 05 I agree with you, he has no connection at all with military service, life, nor dedication. He doesn’t love this country, he never said he did, just that he wanted to change it. Martin Luther King said not a man’s skin but the content of his character. It is sad that people didn’t look at his lack of character.

   Keep fighting Moms.. My prayers are with you. I would like our Commander in Chief to stay in DC long enough to do his job, and get out of campaign mode. I do not have a child in the military, but my son fought his own battle with cancer and lost. So I know a little about how you are feeling. It would have been like refusing to give him the chemo he needed to try to save his life.The video made my cry. Mr. President send them the help they need NOW!!!!

   I am so sorry for your lose. You are fighting a battle too. So much money has gone into drug lobbyist and medicare fraud, that this money would of been far better served in research to cure cancer. If Obama wants to share wealth he should start by sharing his own wealth, not reward and consort with drug companies.
