Of course illegals would not get drafted. They also don’t pay taxes.

Nor do they have any protections under law. No medical care. No Social Security benefits. Nothing.

Now to shock everyone here.

Every single illegal caught should be immediately deported and banned from entering the country for life. And the borders should become a noose.

Shocked?

Not when you hear the next statement.

It should be made easier to legally enter the country. And becoming a citizen should be made easier.

This would reduce the strain on a currently overworked system. I also have a fast track to citizenship program that I came up with.

Bob the Liberal’s Amnesty Program.

1. General amnesty for all illegals currently in the country. However, it is not a complete amnesty.

2. All illegals must register within 1 year. (To give these programs some start up time) When the immigrant registers, they are assessed a fine, of, say, $5000.00 each. But they get the green card at the same time. Offices of the Immigration and Naturalization Service will be opened and expanded in every city.

3. The fine must be paid before citizenship is granted. However, community service can be assigned in lieu of cash payment.

4. After the 1 year amnesty, the borders are strangled shut and any illegal alien is immediately deported and the home country presented with a bill for the costs, plus processing.

5. Citizenship times will be greatly reduced. Down to 5 years. However, English as a second language courses are MANDATORY! The current test will remain. (Hell, I took a sample one, and I had some trouble with it.)

Yes, the are some holes in this, but I leave those for people who are much smarter than me to fill.
