This is how my Doc fixed my PTSD:

  1. I love this.

Let’s see… I’ve been whipped, beat up, locked up, shipped out, tackled, hit, injured, rejected, attacked, stabbed at, mortared, and fucked with…

How many times have I been to therapy?

    Zero.

I may be a little out there, but all I have ever had to do was reach down and grab my pair, remind myself I’m a goddamn man, and boom… Problem fixed. Next. ;)

PTSD? Feck. Shit happens. Get a hobby. Drive on, dude.

  2. CJ, joking or serious? cuz if you are serious, well, this little ‘ole housewife with no special talents or role in life has NEWS for your therapist….

Sir, or Madam, READ, listen, “taste this” newfound, mental exercise unlike anything on earth, and therefore LEARN….

Coping Strategies, making history and I do know what of I speak and am not exaggerating one iota.

http://www.patriotoutreach.org where Col. Tony Monaco offers this “almost miracle.” As someone HIGH up at the Pentagon privately said to those funding this 501c’s gift…

I will TRY for a quote, but not guarantee…

“We don’t know HOW it works but we know IT WORKS.”

God bless and thank each and every one of you for your service every moment of every day. If someone yells at you or even insinuates that you are being wimpy, or something……..they are in denial and I dare to suggest it is they that have the problem we all have, to some degree….PTSD…cuz ain’t any of us made it through life without SOMEONE traumatizing us to some extent.

    Sincere hugs,
    Karen~

  3. as someone who has benefited immensely from therepy, I can definitly laugh at this commercial! ^_^

    “Tissue?” TOSS! Haha!

  4. The comedy of this clip on the surface is hilarious, but reveals that people or more so Soldiers that have PTSD must address the issue. What I take from this clip is that people who need help, should not stay in a state of pitty and take charge to confront their disorders. The therapist actually tells the patient to stop being a baby and suck it up, but really the person should be encouraged that getting help is part of recovering. Stay Army strong.
