    • 2 out of 5 I ordered these from a fire catalog last year. Rubbed my heels raw and constantly rubbed holes in my socks. Otherwise they were comfortable on my feet. Only used for heavy duty active daily work for one month then changed to a more light duty job and they only lasted the 7 months just passed the 6 month warranty and side zipper ripped all the way out. I have had thorogood's and bates for well over a year working hard long hours in EMS transport services without falling apart but just had to buy new because they started to get uncomfortable on the bottom of my feet so I had to break down and replace them. I highly recommend thorogood's and bates. But I am personally exploring options to find something better. Ridge Ghosts I am highly disappointed with, too pricey for the quality. They may have better choices tho.
